I meet Jack
I met Jack Frost for the first time this year in the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin.
You might ask why I visit the Botanics so often, and why I take so many photos. Well, the Botanics are like a back garden to me. A ten-minute walk through the amazing Glasnevin Cemetery brings me to the Botanics, and, combined with a ramble round the Botanics constitutes a world-class walk. Taking photos is a form of Yoga. I tend to sink into a reverie, but taking photos keeps me alert and in the present moment.
After a ramble round the Botanics, in the bright frosty sunshine, breakfast in the gardens Restaurant.
